Enrollment Form

We’re so excited to welcome your family to the upcoming school year!

To secure your spot, we ask that you submit a $100 deposit per family. This deposit holds your place and will be applied toward your books and supply fee, which is due July 18th.

Each family's total books and supply cost will vary. Once your enrollment form is received, we’ll calculate your amount and email you a personalized total. Your $100 deposit will be credited toward that final balance.
